Nowadays, young people are increasingly developing diseases that typically affects adults, warned dietician Bruno Sousa, speaking to the Journal of Madeira.
According to the expert, young people are consuming a poor and low nutrient diet and do not perform physical activities frequently, two factors that contribute significantly to an earlier development of diseases.
The dietician advised, therefore, that younger age groups have to choose a healthier diet and to seek physical activity more often in order to promote a good organic health.
